There are two options to create an account.
You can “Quick Register” by clicking the “Register” link at the top of the website. *Benefits of Quick Registration - It allows you to immediately purchase from our Public Catalog via credit card.
Or, become an approved Business Customer. Click the “Apply Today” button from the About Us section, or click the “Become a Business Customer” button at the bottom of most pages to complete the short application. *Approved Business Customers enjoy special pricing and, in some cases, product options that are not available to the public.
Click the “Login” link at the top of the home page. If you are returning customer, enter your email and password. If you are a new customer, please create an account.
Yes, from My Account – Profile Settings – click “Edit” in the Email section.
Yes, from My Account – Profile Settings – click “Edit” in the Password section.
Yes, from My Account – Profile Settings – click “Edit” in the Company Profile section.
The Admin of an account can add additional users to the account by clicking the “Users” link from the Account Overview – Profile section of the left navigation.
You can change your email address from My Account - Profile Settings on the left navigation. You cannot opt out of system-generated emails such as order confirmations.
You have two options.
Use the “Search our site” box at the top right of any page to enter any product-specific detail information such as item code, dimensions, filter type.
You can also search under Buy Online from the top navigation bar, choose your product category, and choose further product categories from the left-side navigation. (Your product categories may differ depending on your individual account.)

You must have an account to build a Favorites list, and you must be logged in.
You can add products manually when browsing items in the catalog. Just click the “Add to Favorites” link from any product detail page. (You can also add items to your Cart from this step.)

Order Templates allow you to add a saved group of products to your shopping cart with one click. You can create an Order Template based on the items in your cart, your shopping list, if you will. Just click the “Create Order Template from Cart” button as seen here.
You can also create Order Templates from past orders through the order details page on your Order History. You can create and name Order Templates however you would like, based on building, location, product set, etc.

If a product Data sheet is available for a product there will be an attachment link on the product detail page. Click the file name link and the file will be downloaded to your computer.
To create a recurring order you first must place the order that you would like to automate. After you place an order, go to your Order History page and click the “View” link next to the order you would like to automate. Once on the order detail page, click the “Create Recurring Order from Order” button. A window will pop up asking for the details of your recurring order. Complete the questions on the pop up and click “Create” to set up the recurring order.
You can create Order Templates to group regularly ordered products together on one list or multiple lists. You can create or add products to existing Order Templates from Product Detail pages, from your Cart or from your Order History by clicking the links that say “Create Order Template” or “Add to Order Template”.
You can edit invoicing and shipping addresses during checkout or by clicking “Saved Addresses” on the left side of your Account – Overview Page. Click Select, Add, or Edit your shipping address.
You can also ship to multiple addresses.
Yes you can. From the Checkout screen, under Invoice Address and under Shipping Address, click the “Ship to Multiple Addresses” button. You can choose the desired addresses from the drop downs in the address sections. You can add or edit addresses here as well.
If your order is shipped via FedEx, your order tracking information will be added to your Order History page when the order ships.
If another delivery method is used, click “Contact Us” at the top of the page and provide the order number and products you are interested in tracking. Also select the Filtration Group Business Unit fulfilling the order on the form. We will reply with information on your shipment.
Yes. Once items are in your shopping cart, type notes for “bag and tag” in “Notes” field. Click the “Update Cart” button to save your changes. You will see your bag and tag notes on your Checkout Progress screen as well, in the Shipping information. Please note: this option varies by product and vendor.9
At the end of the checkout process, you can print or e-mail an order receipt with your order details. If you choose to pay via invoice for your purchase, you will also receive an invoice from the Filtration Group Business Unit fulfilling your order.

Your online order history will be available online. Previous orders placed via the phone, fax, or email will not appear on the Order History at this time.
We do not currently have an online Quote System. All quote information will be communicated via email.

Our current shipping policy is to ship US products with in the US and Canadian products within Canada. If you would like to have product shipped internationally, please click “Contact Us” at the top of the page and let us know the product ID and quantity you are interested in purchasing. In some cases, order pick up is available but must be coordinated directly with the Filtration Group Business Unit selling the product. Freight is calculated through FedEx Ground on all online orders. In some cases freight is handled offline directly with the Filtration Group Business Unit selling the product.
FedEx is the Parcel Shipping Vendor for the Filtration Group.

Some products do not show pricing because some products are only available to approved Filtration Group customers for online purchase. Additionally, some Filtration Group products are sold on a quote basis only.
